Know who to call back
Leads and clients in one list, each with a page for its notes and its activity. Import an existing list from a spreadsheet, with a preview before anything is saved.
Importing contactsBuilt and supported by Kirk & Co.
Horizline keeps every lead, quote, job and payment in one workspace your office and crew share, from the first call to the paid invoice.
Seven-day trial, one per workspace. Stripe Checkout asks for a card and charges nothing when the trial starts; after it, your plan is charged monthly or yearly until you cancel. Cancel in Settings and keep access to the end of the period you paid for.

Who it is for
HVAC and plumbing, construction, electrical and concrete companies, and businesses that work the same way: calls and web inquiries come in, quotes go out, and a crew does the job.
If your work does not fit a CRM like this, Kirk & Co. also builds custom systems shaped to one business.
Every plan
Starter and Premium both include all of this.
Contacts
Leads and clients in one list, each with a page for its notes and its activity. Import an existing list from a spreadsheet, with a preview before anything is saved.
Importing contactsPipeline
Stages you name and reorder, each column showing its count and value. Drag a card to the next stage, or choose one from Move to.
Working the pipelineClients and jobs
Convert a won lead to a client, then open jobs for it with their tasks, materials and the people on them.
Leads and clientsPayments
Connect your own Stripe account. Payments lists its invoices as owed, part-paid, paid, void or written off; Stripe creates and sends them.
Connecting StripeEmail from the record
Email a customer from their record through your own mailbox. Their replies are saved on the same record.
Emailing a contactTeam access
Each person on your team gets their own sign-in, and you choose what each one can open. The activity log shows who changed what.
PermissionsHow it works
One record follows the work from the first call to the payment, so nobody types a customer’s details twice.
Step 01
A call or a web inquiry becomes a lead, with the customer’s details and what they need.
Step 02
Record the quote and the bid on the lead, and move it through the stages you name.
Step 03
When the customer says yes, convert the lead to a client and open a job with its tasks, materials and crew.
Step 04
Stripe creates and sends the invoice from your own Stripe account, and Payments shows whether it is owed, part-paid or paid.
Real screens
These are Horizline’s own screens, with sample data.

Premium
Website reporting needs the site’s address and a Google Analytics 4 property Horizline can read; search reporting also needs a Search Console property.
On a phone
Horizline works in a phone’s browser. The lists and the pipeline rearrange for the screen, one stage at a time.
